Core Policy: No Returns or Refunds

All items purchased through www.qgochina.com are non-returnable and non-refundable once confirmed and delivered. This policy applies to all product types, including but not limited to travel-related services, pre-booked experiences, and associated merchandise.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order (or confirm travel service details) upon reception. If you receive defective merchandise, damaged items, or the wrong product/service (e.g., incorrect travel itinerary confirmation), contact us immediately. We will evaluate the issue and provide a suitable resolution (e.g., replacement of merchandise, correction of travel arrangements) where applicable.

Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items/Services

All purchases are final, with no exceptions for:

  • Travel services (e.g., pre-booked tour packages, visa assistance, local guide services);
  • Merchandise (e.g., travel souvenirs, custom-made products);
  • Sale items or promotional products;
  • Gift cards or voucher codes.

No returns, exchanges, or refunds will be processed for reasons including but not limited to "change of mind," "unwanted purchases," or "failure to use the service/product."

Exchanges (Merchandise Only)

Exchanges are only permitted for defective, damaged, or incorrect merchandise (as verified by our team). To request an exchange:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of receiving the item to report the issue;
  2. Provide photos/videos as proof of defect, damage, or incorrect delivery;
  3. Once approved, we will arrange for the defective item to be returned (at our cost) and send a replacement of the same product.

Exchanges are not available for travel services, sale items, or gift cards.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Notwithstanding the above, in compliance with European Union regulations, customers in the European Union have the right to cancel their order within 14 days of purchase for any reason, without justification. However:

  • This right applies solely to unutilized travel services (e.g., tour packages not yet commenced) and unopened, unused merchandise in original packaging with tags;
  • Cancellations under the cooling-off period will not qualify for a refund. We will offer a one-time transfer of the purchase value to a valid voucher (valid for 12 months) for future bookings or merchandise purchases;
  • To exercise this right, contact us within 14 days of purchase with your order details.
