Terms of Use

Last Updated: February 2026

Welcome to QgoChina (www.qgochina.com). These Terms of Use govern your access to our website and your booking of any travel services, tours, or packages provided by us. By using our website or booking a tour, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Booking and Contract

  • The Contract: A binding contract between you and QgoChina is formed only after we receive your initial deposit and issue a formal booking confirmation via email.

  • Traveler Details: You are responsible for providing accurate information for all travelers in your party, including full names exactly as they appear on passports, dates of birth, and nationality.

2. Payment Terms

  • Deposit: A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your reservations for hotels, guides, and domestic transport.

  • Final Payment: The remaining balance of your tour cost must be paid in full by the date specified on your invoice (typically 30 to 45 days prior to departure).

  • Late Payments: If the final balance is not received by the due date, we reserve the right to treat your booking as canceled, and standard cancellation fees will apply.

3. Pricing and Inclusions

  • What is Included: Your customized itinerary or tour package will explicitly state what is included in the price (e.g., accommodations, local transfers, English-speaking guides, entrance fees, and specified meals).

  • What is Excluded: Unless otherwise stated, tour prices do not include international airfare, passport and visa fees, travel insurance, personal expenses (like laundry or extra drinks), or voluntary gratuities for guides and drivers.

  • Price Changes: Prices are quoted in USD. We reserve the right to adjust our prices due to unexpected fluctuations in currency exchange rates, government taxes, or third-party supplier costs before your final payment is made.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • By You: If you need to cancel or alter your booking, you must notify us in writing.

  • By Us: QgoChina reserves the right to modify or cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances or insufficient group numbers. If we cancel your tour prior to departure, you will receive a full refund or the option to book an alternative date.

5. Travel Documents and Visas

  • Passports: All travelers must possess a valid passport with at least six (6) months of validity remaining beyond the intended date of departure from China.

  • Visas: It is strictly your responsibility to ensure you have the correct visa to enter China. While QgoChina provides necessary itinerary documentation (like hotel confirmations and invitation letters) to support your application, we are not responsible if your visa is delayed or denied by authorities.

6. Health, Fitness, and Insurance

  • Fitness to Travel: By booking, you confirm that you are physically fit enough to participate in the activities outlined in your itinerary. Please inform us of any mobility issues, medical conditions, or dietary restrictions at the time of booking.

  • Travel Insurance: QgoChina strictly requires/highly recommends that all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellation, medical emergencies, and repatriation. We are not liable for any out-of-pocket costs resulting from medical issues or travel disruptions.

7. Limitation of Liability and Force Majeure

  • Third-Party Suppliers: QgoChina acts as an agent for independent suppliers (airlines, trains, hotels). We are not liable for any injuries, damages, delays, or losses caused by the negligence or default of these third-party providers.

  • Force Majeure: We are not liable for any failure to perform our obligations if such failure is due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control. This includes natural disasters, extreme weather, strikes, political unrest, or government travel restrictions. In such events, we will do our best to provide reasonable alternatives or travel credits.

8. User Conduct

  • On the Tour: You agree to follow the lawful instructions of your guide and respect local Chinese customs and laws. We reserve the right to terminate your participation in a tour, without refund, if your behavior is deemed dangerous, deeply disruptive, or illegal.

  • On the Website: You agree not to misuse our website, submit false booking information, or attempt to breach our security systems.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Mainland China. Any disputes arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts.
